What is the average turnaround time for in-house calibration?
The turnaround time for in-house calibration averages between 7 and 10 days.
How far in advance should I schedule an on-site calibration?
As a rule, the earlier the better but we prefer for our customers to schedule on-site calibrations two to three weeks in advance if possible.
Do you provide mechanical calibration services?
Yes.
I have a piece of equipment not listed on your site, can you provide calibration services for it?
Yes. If you have equipment that we are not certified to calibrate, we will coordinate the calibration with an outside vendor on your behalf.
Can you cater your services to fit our unique needs?
We are happy to make special arrangements in order to cater to the specific needs of our clients.
What is the cost for shipping of equipment?
Our rates are $7.50 both ways for most equipment, with a maximum shipping charge of $60.00.
How often do you pickup/deliver?
We run scheduled deliveries once a week.
Do you require RMAs for equipment service?
We do not require RMAs up front, and we are happy to obtain them on your behalf if equipment must be returned to the manufacturer.
Do you require a purchase order for equipment service?
We leave purchase orders up to the discretion of the customer, we do not require them for service but if issuing POs for equipment service is part of your normal business practices we will happily accept them.
