To All Customers:


We recently switched from our legacy system to a new database called MetTeam. 


The switch may create some delays and duplication of inventories between the two systems.  We are doing our best to mitigate the situation and expect this to clear out over time. 


One of the advantages of the new system is the ability to go digital.  Beginning with the December 2021 notification for January 2022, all Recall Rosters will be sent by email. 


Most of us already communicate via email but for those customers who do not, please notify the office ( of your preferred email address as soon as possible.




We are committed to keeping our customers and our employees safe and upholding the precautionary guidelines set out by governmental authorities.  As the COVID situation changes, please allow extra time for scheduling.
